"Nazis Ahoy!"

Films: Death Ship (1980)

Alias: None

Type: Mystical

Location: Ocean

Height/Weight: That of an average WWII Kriegsmarine Prison Ship.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Ghost ships are only secondary in terms of oceanic fear next to sea monsters. But that's no reason not to fear their power, and their destructive capacity.

History: The last remaining Kriegsmarine prison ship in existence, the Death Ship is run by the ghosts of all the prisoners and Nazis who died in it, aimlessly travelling the Atlantic looking for other ships to destroy. And they're not picky, either. A cruise ship is plenty of incentive for ramming speed.

Notable Kills: See Final Fate.

Final Fate: After a recently destroyed ship's old captain goes insane from the ship’s influence, he shoots at the controls, only to fall into the steering gear and get crushed. There are survivors of the ordeal, but the Death Ship continues its murderous crusade...

Powers/Abilities: Immortality and the power to induce madness.

Weakness: None.

Scariness Factor: 4-This thing has the look of a prison ship, but the power and evil of a battleship made exclusively for the Third Reich. If you ever see this ship in the distance, prepare to go Titanic. And then you actually get on it...

Trivia: -Footage for when the ship destroys another was taken and edited from 1960's "The Last Voyage" and 1972's "The Poseidon Adventure".

-The Kriegsmarine was the Nazi navy force. Its ace in the hole was the U-Boat, a massive submarine that usually came in groups known as Wolfpacks.
